Nico Williams Jr biography talks about a young winger born in Pamplona to Ghanaian parents in the Spanish city. His full name is Nicholas ( Nico) William Arthur born on the 12th of July 2002.

Nico prefers to play as a left-winger but also functions on the right wing, where he plays his professional football with the Spanish football club Athletic Bilbao in La Liga and wears the 11 jersey for the club.

Father Felix and mother Maria Williams (Arthur) are the parents of the young footballer and his older brother Iñaki Williams who is also a professional footballer and plays for the same club as his younger brother.

The parents of the Spanish footballer traveled across the Sahara Desert from Ghana to reach Melilla, a Spanish city in Northern Africa to seek greener pasture which they hoped they would achieve.

On the 28th of April 2021, Nico made his first La Liga debut for the first team in a match against Real Valladolid.

Williams Jr despite having dual citizenship chose to represent Spain in international competition unlike his elder brother Iñaki Williams who opted to represent Ghana his parent homeland.

Nico has been capped for the Spanish U18 in 2020 scoring 2 goals in 4 matches, U19 and U21  making 5 appearances with no goals in 2021.

Luis Enrique gave him his first call-up in the 2022-2023 UEFA National League and made his debut in September 2022.

Nico was part of the 2022 FIFA World Cup squad eliminated by Morocco in a penalty shootout and subsequently part of the team that won the UEFA Euro 2024 tournament in Germany and was awarded Player of the Match against England in the final match.
